How quickly will I see results?
Each of our programs has very specific goals tailored within a specific time frame. If you follow the program 100% , putting in consistent applied effort – you will see results by the end of the program. Consistency is Key. Our programs are not for the faint hearted, these are my exact roadmaps that I used to transform my body. They are challenging – because I work like Bitch and that is why I have got incredible results. I can show you what you are truly capable of if you are willing to apply yourself.
I'm nervous to go 100% plant based, are there options for Vegetarians and Carnivores?
Absolutely Yes!
We provide the tools for you to be able to calculate the exact macros you need and you can adjust to your dietary requirements.

We do however strongly recommend trying to stick to the plant based plan. If you follow the plan to the letter you are going to see incredible results and you never know you may just love it and we can fully turn you to the GREEN Side!

Can I do any kind of Cardio?

We teach a specific form of cardio training within our programs that will maximize your fat loss results, whilst ultimately still building/retaining muscle. We strongly recommend following the method of Cardio set out in the plans to achieve the best results.

Which should i do first, cardio or strength training?

We recommend a light warm up and then start your strength training. 5 minutes of brisk walking on a treadmill – where you are slightly out of breath, but can still hold a conversation. Aim to get the blood moving around the body to prepare you for the grind.

I don't have a gym membership, can I complete this program?

100%.

We provide modifications for those who are working out from home.

How much coaching will I actually receive? Do I get 1-on-1 with you?
We will be providing weekly Q&As within the Private Live 2 Lift FB Group where we will invite all our Lifters to post their questions for review and we will endeavour to answer as many as we possibly can live.
For our Lifters that are super serious and what to maximise the FFF out of their transformation, we are going to provide personal Coaching options via our exclusive Live 2 Lift 365 Membership Program. 1-on-1 Coaching will be available but with limited availability, as we ensure that we endeavour to provide the highest possible service to Live 2 Lift 365 Members, to maximise their results.
