“If there is one thing you can learn from our journey, it is that your current situation does not have to be your final destination.”

Both Glyn and I have been through difficult life challenges but these lessons have led us to where we are today. We have both battled with substance addictions, leading to a lack of self worth and unclear purpose. What started with lifting to reshape our bodies and ultimately gain a healthy lifestyle, has morphed into so much more; lifting has not only reshaped our bodies – but redesigned our minds. What began as lifting to live has now evolved – we now Live to Lift.

Transitioning from a life of addiction and self doubt was not easy – there were good and bad days along the journey. But consistent, applied effort will be your key to success. There are no failures, only lessons to be learned. If there is one thing we can share, it is that every day presents us with new lessons. Sometimes the only way forward, is to break everything down into one day at a time. Be patient, stay consistent, and most importantly enjoy the process – because this is YOUR journey, your story. And there truly is no greater story you tell tell – than the story of how you become the greatest version of Yourself.

If you want to change, then You have to implement that change. Change is scary, hard, uncomfortable, but If you truly want to change – you need to get comfortable being uncomfortable. 5 years ago I was 45kg heavier – i was fucking uncomfortable believe me! But this discomfort that forced me to act. 

Humans only change when remaining the same is more uncomfortable than the change itself. The forming of daily routines through habitual action, cultivates the discipline mindset of – I can. I am no different to you, you too hold the potential for a mind blowing transformation. You are here for a reason. You are ready to commit. 

Let us teach you, not only how to reach for, but exceed those goals! When you look back at your progress and what you have achieved, you won’t even recognize the person you used to be.

All of the meal plans in the Live 2 Lift plans are completely vegan FRIENDLY. There is this ongoing belief in society that you can not be a bodybuilder on a vegan diet, well guess what? I am proof that you can build muscle, have tonnes of energy and get up on stage at a bodybuilding competition looking ripped as hell on a Vegan diet.

There are so many benefits to this lifestyle choice but the main points are that a plant based diet is not only good for the planet and your body, but for other living creatures. It’s a win, win, win scenario! Many people worry that going Vegan is too hard, too expensive, too time consuming – I’m going to quash all of this BS and show you how to implement, prepare, cook and enjoy nutritious Vegan food that the whole family will love.
